Order Confirmation

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please keep this for your records, as we may ask you for information from it. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll confirm your order manually. Please check your spam or junk folder - sometimes confirmation emails end up there by mistake. If you find it there, please mark it as “Not Spam” to make sure you receive future updates from us.


Delivery Process

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail at the start of each week. You’ll receive an email once your item has been posted.

For overseas orders, please allow 14–21 days for delivery.
EU customers: Due to Brexit, import duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for paying these fees before your order is released. Charges vary by country, so please check with your local customs office. If you choose not to pay these fees and the parcel is returned or abandoned, we cannot refund your original shipping costs.

All items are carefully packed to arrive in good condition.

  • Prints up to A3 will be sent flat with board backing.

  • Larger prints will be rolled and shipped in a postal tube.

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the contents of your order and delivery destination.


Please Note:

  • The customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery.

  • Any damage caused during delivery should be noted with the courier (if applicable), and reported to us immediately.


Returns

To request a return, please email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) in their original, unused and saleable condition, including packaging and instructions where relevant.

  • Your original delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • All returns must include a copy of your packing slip and order confirmation.

  • Return shipping is at your own expense and responsibility. We recommend using tracked or signed delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, please email [email protected] immediately with photographs. We may ask you to return the item before we arrange a replacement.

All products are handmade or produced in small editions. Slight variations or imperfections are part of accepting the limitations of the working process.

We make every effort to represent products accurately, but please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
